    WHERE DOES THE INSPECTION BEGIN?
    We start on the roof to evaluate the condition of your shingles, Ridge, Valleys, Venting, Drip Edge, Roof Jacks, and Flashing. Skylights & Solar will also be inspected if applicable. We also note the slope pitch, Ice and Water Shield, Felt and the condition of the furnace pipe and cap. Then, we will continue to evaluate the condition of your Gutters, Windows, Siding, Stucco, Decking, & other personal property.
